We have done some moving around the country during the course of our 30 year marriage. We have never had such an EXCELLENT relator as Dawn Rupersburg. Dawn’s extensive knowledge of the Ocala area market has been invaluable in helping us find the right house at an EXCELLENT PRICE!. Dawn has lots of integrity and is extremely organized, which included her providing check-list and also a timeline which showed what would happen, when it would happen, and who was responsible for getting it done. Dawn really takers care of her Buyers interests and stays on top of things, she was able to locate a “Survey” that saved us money. Not only did we get an excellent price on our dream home, but it was a pleasure working with everyone envolved (Dawn only works with the best professionals) these included the property manager, lender and our home inspector. Dawn and Kevin (the home inspector) suggested doing a Wind Mitagation inspection which saved us lots of money on our homeowners insurance and Kevin stands behind his work too! Contacting Dawn via her web site and having Dawn as our Buyers Agent was one of the best things we have ever done. I urge anyone who is thinking of relocating to the Ocala area to first check out Dawn’s website out (it is loaded with all kinds of valuable information) and then contact Dawn.

Dawn found us a super home at a price so low it’s hard to believe. I’m talking built in 2005 of block and stucco on a 1/4 acre. This is a 2000+ sq. ft. house with a huge garage and high end appliances. We’re in a small gated community of mostly upscale homes and with a clubhouse that includes a fitness center and billiards. If you’re looking for someone to bird-dog you a bargain without sacrificing quality — Dawn’s your girl!
